Join us for this special event of co-teaching with Bonnie and Tabitha. This 90 minute practice will be a Strength Holy Yoga and POP Pilates mashup with lots of strength building, core activating, Jesus loving poses all to upbeat Christian/Gospel beats. Bring your mat and your water.
High Intensity. Fast paced.
